Bubble Man is a Robot Master created solely by Doctor Wily for world domination. Whenever Mega Man arrives, he asks Bubble Man if he has seen a dangerous looking Robot Master running around. This infuriates him and he shoots a Bubble Lead at him. Mega Man shoots a Leaf Shield at Bubble Man and is destroyed
