Archie Mega Man Issue 23 is the twenty-third issue of the Archie Mega Man series.

This is the fifth stand alone issue in the series: "For the Bot Who Has Everything".
This is the first time that Mega Man meets his brother Blues/Protoman. This makes a very good lead in story into future storyarcs such as for the crossover event and the later coming Mega Man 3 story arc.
